• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the mail bet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, mail bet will freeze the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may close their own mail bet account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met and no outstanding verification is pending.
